Htar Ei Wai is an education and capacity development professional with over seven years of experience in English language education, academic administration, admissions management, and educational content support across Myanmar and Thailand. Her work spans language centres, international education services, online learning platforms, and school administration, with a strong focus on learner-centred practice and institutional support.
Her professional experience includes teaching adult learners, young learners, and early childhood students through classroom-based, online, and short-term program formats. She brings a practical understanding of curriculum delivery, learner engagement, and academic support, and has worked extensively to build inclusive and supportive learning environments that strengthen learners’ confidence and communication skills. In addition to teaching, Htar Ei Wai has held a range of coordination and leadership roles, including Exam Officer, Admissions Manager, General Secretary, and Acting Principal. Through these roles, she has supported examination administration, admissions and compliance processes, institutional communication, and day-to-day academic operations. She has also contributed to quality assurance in education as an Online Self-Paced Course Content Reviewer, providing structured feedback to improve course design, alignment with learning objectives, and overall educational standards.
Htar Ei Wai has completed a Master of Arts in Career English for International Communication at Thammasat University. Her academic and professional training includes English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI), international business administration, and continuous professional development in teaching and educational leadership. At Southeast Ascent Partners, she contributes to education-focused consultancy work through capacity-building support, training coordination, educational content review, academic administration advisory, and learner-centred program design. She brings strong interpersonal skills, cross-cultural experience, and a collaborative approach, supporting SAP’s mission to strengthen education systems and institutional capacity in diverse and evolving contexts.
